Alan Stevens

Alan Stevens is an internationally recognised Profiling and Communications Specialist and the creator of the Rapid Trait Profiling system, a pioneering method that deciphers personality through facial features, micro-expressions, and body language. Recognised by The UK Guardian as the world’s leading authority on reading people, he has worked with global organisations, including Disney Films, Gillette, and the Australian Federal Police.

Beyond profiling, Alan founded the #WeTogether and The Campfire Project, a platform for open and meaningful global conversations, and serves as a Director of The Business of Smiles, supporting workplace mental health. His mission is to train others in mastering human behaviour and building stronger, more authentic relationships. Currently, his focus is on improving education, addressing coercive control and domestic violence, and, most notably, creating and training his competition.
