Angela Heise

Coach, Trainer, Human Skills Advocate

Angela Heise has spent her life asking the big question: Why do we do what we do? The answer, she discovered, lies in the human skills we are all supposed to have—yet rarely get taught. Her work is about making those skills practical, accessible, and transformative.

Over the past 28 years, Angela has supported thousands of people across all ages, professions, and cultures—helping them build emotional resilience, cultural intelligence, and confident leadership. Whether coaching one-on-one or facilitating organisational change, her approach is practical, insightful, and deeply human.

Angela created the Emotional Productivity® and Global Village SkillsTM programs to equip people with the tools to manage themselves and their relationships—so they can lead without drama, communicate with clarity, and thrive in life and work.

Her credentials include: Accredited Professional Coach, Certificate IV Workplace Trainer, Certified NLP Trainer, Certified Counsellor, Certified Ericksonian Hypnotherapist, and Certified de Bono Trainer. Angela was the official NSW representative of the De Bono Institute and taught self-development and business courses at the University of Sydney’s Centre for Continuing Education for over a decade.

She is a member of the International Coach Federation, a charter member of the International Positive Psychology Association, and a Fellow of the Institute for Learning and Performance.
