After more than a decade of counseling, I have realized that, regardless of whether the questions people ask are about career or relationships, it always comes back to self-love. I believe self-love is impossible without self-acceptance, and self-acceptance only comes through self-understanding. Self-understanding is achieved through self-knowledge.
